• We specialize in building ELR long range and precision hunting rifles. Handcrafted one at a time on manual machines with fine attention to detail and accuracy.

  • All machining is done on a South Bend SB1012F 14x40” toolroom lathe that holds true to .0001” under power. All machining is done at low speeds, generally around 600 rpm’s so there are no extra harmonics on the machine while working. Your barrel is chambered in a 6 jaw scroll chuck with all angular and rotational adjustments done on the breech end only, while the muzzle end is free floated. This means when your barrel is machined there is zero stress and torquing of your barrel so it doesn’t spring back to its original form after chambering like in a traditional dual spider system. Also all barrels are timed to true 12 oclock position indicated off the bore, not the outside of your barrel. All this takes extra time but it insures your rifle and its components are all perfectly inline with each other.

  • Complete rifles built on Remington 700 actions and Clone actions. Our favorite are Bat Machine for ELR rifles.

  • Some of the services we offer,

  • Re-barreling/Match chambering

  • Muzzle threading/Brake installation

  • KG Nano Firearm Coatings-custom colors on request
